New Dodge Keys Made in Rochester NY near East Ave

We Had a job this week over near East Ave in Rochester. A customer called us about their Dodge Ram. The truck was sitting in a lot and they needed new keys made from scratch.
This is what we call an “all keys lost” situation. It’s one of the commons jobs in automotive locksmith work because theres no original key to copy from. Our technician had to pull the key code from the vehicles computer, cut a brand new key blade on our machine, and then program the transponder chip so the truck would actually start. The whole process takes some special equipment and a lot of know-how, but our guy got it done right there on site.

East Ave is a busy spot. great restaurants, close to the George Eastman Museum and not far from the Village Gate. Parking can be tight but we pulled the Red Key van right up next to the truck and got to work. Took about an hour from start to finish.
