On a Saturday afternoon we received a call from a customer who lost his Ford Bronco key fob. He wanted to know if we serve the Henrietta NY area, which of course we do. He asked for an ETA about making a replacement key for him and also asked about the coding process.

We arrived on site and make him a new key including the coding and made sure the emergency key works as well.
